Use the form below to inquire about obtaining a copy of your institution’s NSLVE report. This form is intended for faculty and staff of an institution. If you have further questions about whether you can access the campus report and the process, see the FAQ below.

Report Inquiry FAQ

Q: I am a faculty or staff member on a campus. Will you tell me whether my campus is participating or share my campus’ report with me?
A: One person on a campus is designated as the recipient of the report containing the voter data. All inquired regarding your campus’ participation will be referred to that individual. NSLVE is not releasing report recipient information at this time. Complete the campus report inquiry form to have the request shared with your campus’ report recipient

Q: I am a student on a campus. Wil you tell me whether my campus is participating or share my campus’ report with me?
A: Students who are interested in gaining access to the NSLVE report must work with a faculty or staff member on their campus to submit the report inquiry form. One person on a campus is designated as the recipient of the report containing the voter data. All inquiries regarding your campus’ participation will be referred to that individual. NSLVE is not releasing report recipient information at this time.

Q: I am not affiliated with a campus. May my organization obtain and/or use NSLVE data?
A: NSLVE provides aggregate data such as national or regional voting rates, broken down by Carnegie Classification. NSLVE will not provide organizations with individual campus level data. Campuses may choose to share the data at their discretion.

Q:What will happen once I submit this request?
A: Once we receive a request, we will take the following steps:

  • NSLVE will contact to the report recipient to inform them of your inquiry, providing them with your role on campus and contact information.
  • We will contact each report recipient up to three times via phone or e-mail and confirm that they have received the inquiry.

It is the discretion of the report recipient as to whether they choose to share your campus report. If they have additional questions for you they will reach out to you directly.
