Engineering Leadership
Number: EM 54
Instructor: Mary Viola
Instructor Comments: Strengths overused can be weaknesses. In EM 54 we attempt to catalyze the transformation of ‘good engineering students’ into young adults who understand themselves and other people(not just engineers). We encourage them to empower themselves to dream. We enable them by providing a ‘safe’ environment to ‘learn’ the leadership skills and mindsets to make those dreams a reality.
